Event Management Company - Logo, Mark and Branding

LaVie Events is an event management startup company that I was commissioned to design a logo, mark and overall branding for. The owners of the company are best friends and went to college together. They wanted to use a specific bright blue that correlated to their college days and tie in a Celtic knot on a key. The look and feel was to be elegant with a touch of flare. They loved the idea of gold intertwining throughout the blue in the knot. 

I did a bunch of research in order to find out the meaning behind all of the Cletic knots I drew as options for their logo. Each knot is a sign of togetherness, friendship and loyalty, all qualities that the best friends and owners of this company value.
